1. Description of Service
WorkForager is an online job aggregation platform that allows users to search job listings from third-party sources including Adzuna, USA Jobs, and The Muse. Subscription features include saved jobs, application tracking, resume storage, and assisted job applications.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use WorkForager.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for your login credentials. Notify us at privacy@workforager.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3.3 Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Plans
Monthly Plan
Billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
Annual Plan
Billed annually. Save vs monthly.
4.2 Payment
All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.
4.3 Cancellation
Cancel anytime via account settings or by contacting us. Access continues through the end of the billing period.
4.4 Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund for new subscribers. Contact privacy@workforager.com within 7 days of your first charge.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to violate laws, submit false information, scrape the platform, or use WorkForager for any purpose other than personal job searching.
6. Job Listings and Third-Party Content
WorkForager aggregates listings from third parties. We do not verify or endorse any listing. When you click Apply, you are redirected to a third-party platform governed by their own terms.
7. Resume and User Content
By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store it for service purposes. We do not share your resume without your consent.
8. Intellectual Property
The WorkForager name, logo, and original content are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce them without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
WorkForager is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that job listings are accurate or current.
10. Limitation of Liability
JR Nash Holdings LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Disputes shall be resolved in Michigan state or federal courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
